Visit founder coaching What does AVGS mean and who receives it?
AVGS is the activation and placement voucher of the job center or the employment agency. With this, certain services such as our certified coaching can be funded at 100%. Usually people without a placement who are already entitled to unemployment benefits and have been unemployed for more than 6 weeks in the last 3 months are entitled to this. Of course, we will help you with this matter if needed.
How do I apply for the AVGS?
You can obtain the AVGS from your case worker at the employment agency or job center.
If you are unclear or have any questions, we will be happy to help you in our non-binding initial meeting.
What can I do with the AVGS?
With the AVGS, you can have all 1:1 coaching tailored to you with us as a certified educational institute state-favored up to 100%.
How long can you use the AVGS and which modules are included?
Coaching using AVGS lasts from 7 days to more than 8 weeks, depending on the agreement. Our proven coaching system is based on years of experience and is systematically divided into important modules. Depending on their focus and goals, these can be booked individually.
How does coaching with the AVGS in Germany work?
The process is simple. Either they have already received an AVGS or would like to apply for it at their responsible job center or employment agency.
Then we arrange a non-binding initial meeting with one of our professionals.
Afterwards we help you with this process, no matter which step you are at.
